Sir,

THE ANIMAL KINGDOM CALLED GOVERNMENT COLLEGE, UGHELLI: BRUTALITY OF THE PRINCIPAL MR. USEH VINCENT AND TWO TEACHERS, MR. URHOMA LUCKY AND MR. ROLAND EDOJAH, AGAINST A 16 YEARS SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL (SSS) STUDENT.

As captioned above, the Principal of Government College, Ughelli, Mr. Useh Vincent, ordered and supervised two of his teachers, Mr. Urhoma Lucky and Mr. Roland Edoja, to brutalize and inflict excruciating injuries and general body pain on Master Daniel Ebikabowei Duke-Ekesakumo, a 16 years senior secondary school (SSS) student of the institution with about 83 strokes of the Cane, frog-jumping and deadly punches all over his body.

REASON:

That, the said Daniel Ebikabowei Duke-Ekesakumo saw his long stolen Cutleries with one Gift Wisdom, a junior student of same institution. In the process, Daniel Ebikabowei Duke-Ekesakumo flogged Gift Wisdom who stole his Cutleries with fourteen strokes with his school belt. Then, Gift Wilson, whose parents know the Principal closely, ran to the Principal to report. Without hearing from Daniel Ebikabowei Duke-Ekesakumo or investigating to ascertain the true position of the matter, the Principal swung into action.

Your Excellency sir, this petition is therefore to humbly request your good office to direct the appropriate authorities to investigate and take appropriate actions against any person that will be found to be wanting.

Daniel Ebikabowei Duke-Ekesakumo will be readily available to give his side of the matter whenever he is called upon to do so.

Sir, failure to investigate this matter and bring the culprits to book will embolden the Principals and Teachers in our schools and give them leeway to perpetuate this unholy act, if not kill our children in boarding houses.
