OGBE-IJOH WARRI KINGDOM STUDENT REACTED BITTERLY ON SELF-AGGRANDIZEMENT LEADERSHIP

Cadet. Bamuza Joshua Ayaogbo who is currently studying in the diaspora (Philippines) under the scholarship of Nigeria Seaferers Development program (NSDP)  from Ogbe-Ijoh warri kingdom has reacted bitterly to self-aggrandizement leadership in the Ogbe-Ijoh Warri kingdom in an avowal sent to Asypeters Info blog.

"As a bonafide indigene of the Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom I’m using this great opportunity to implore and draw the attention of all the leaders of Ogbe-Ijoh to show an exemplary character an do what is right for the betterment of the entire youths in the Kingdom," the letter read

He reacted angrily in his letter, "Ogbe-Ijoh is a land that God has blessed with Oil and other resources. It is so barbaric that a great and well-respected Ijaw kingdom as Ogbe-Ijoh, the head Quarter of Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta Sate, Nigeria is excruciating from Youths empowerment."

AN  AVOWAL (OPEN  STATEMENT) TO ALL THE SELF-AGGRANDIZEMENT LEADERS OF OGBE-IJOH WARRI KINGDOM.

Ogbe-Ijoh is a land that God has blessed with Oil and other resources. It is so barbaric that a great and well-respected Ijaw kingdom as Ogbe-Ijoh, the head Quarter of Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta Sate, Nigeria is excruciating from Youths empowerment.

We have different governmental arms in the kingdom that are in charge and dominance over the community resources in the likes of ” Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Governing Council, Ogbe-Ijoh Employment Body, Ogbe-Ijoh Clan Youth Council and also representatives in the Local and State Government. But, it is so disappointing that the leaders we bestowed on and voted in to represent us hasfailed the youths woefully. 

Ogbe-Ijoh is too rich to have so many youths not being empowered. There are so many companies under the control of our great kingdom of which different kinds of Jobs, vocational skill trainings, Local and foreign scholarship programmes are been allocated to the kingdom periodically. Because of selfishness and greediness,even qualified youths are being deprived from these aforementioned programmes and instead they were secretly conveyed to their family members and sold out to non-indigenes of the kingdom. 

As leaders you must be non-sentimental, selfless and bias free and not by empowering your family members, loyalist and your supporters during the time ofyour election and left the other youths of the community unattended. This is the right time for the youths of Ogbe-Ijoh to stand up confidentially to put a period on this self-aggrandizement leadership of our community. We are young people of intellectuality and articulated promising leaders of the Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom. We cannot remain dormant and keep watching these barbarian acts of our Leaders in the community to continue jeopardizing our future. We have to say “NO” to their self-centered governance and our rights must be protected. We should not allow them to use us to achieve their purpose, no more will be tolerated.

Conclusively As a bonafide indigene of the Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom I’m using this great opportunity to implore and draw the attention of all the leaders of Ogbe-Ijoh to show an exemplary character and do what is right for the  betterment of the entire youths in the Kingdom.
